BraunTrack Advisory Niverville & Winnipeg, Manitoba

A practice, not a firm — and the difference is deliberate

BraunTrack Advisory is a management advisory practice led by David Braun, supported by specialist collaborators where the engagement requires them.

[[BIO_PARAGRAPH_1 — background in organizational psychology, stated precisely and without ambiguous designations. What the qualification is, from where, and what it means in practice.]]

[[BIO_PARAGRAPH_2 — the shape of the advisory experience: how long, what kinds of companies, what kinds of situations. Facts rather than adjectives.]]

[[BIO_PARAGRAPH_3 — the work itself: financial interpretation, leadership structure, operational systems, difficult ownership and personnel conversations. What clients actually call about.]]

Based in Niverville, working across Winnipeg and southern Manitoba, with selected engagements further afield.

How the practice is structured, and why it says so

Most advisory websites imply more people than they have. This one does not, because the audience it is written for notices — and because a practice that overstates its own size is a poor choice for work that depends on being told the truth.

The engagement is led by David Braun throughout. Where a piece of work needs expertise outside the practice — valuation, employment law, tax structuring, specialist HR — a named collaborator is brought in for that piece, under the same confidentiality terms, and you are told who they are and what they are doing before they start.

The practical consequence is capacity. A limited number of advisory relationships run at any one time, and when the practice is full it says so rather than taking the work and thinning it out.

Client results

Not yet published. Case studies go here in Wave 2, and only once written permission is on file for each one — permission to name the company, permission to publish specific figures, and a quotation where the client is willing. Until then this section stays empty rather than being filled with unattributed numbers. Do not launch with figures that cannot be produced on request.
